Operator first. Title second.
I came up inside the window and door business, not around it. Service and warehouse, onto permits, then operations, excelling in sales, ultimately running a Market, eventually sitting in the CEO seat.
That path matters. I know what a bad schedule does to a crew, what a weak script does to a closer, and what a missed inspection does to cashflow.
I led the Jacksonville market for NewSouth Window Solutions and later served as CEO of a Private Equity backed Building Supply & Install LLC. Across that stretch I helped scale operations across the Southeast, including garage-door work, and built the systems behind quoting, CRM, accounting, fleet, and field compliance.
I still hold a Florida Certified Glass & Glazing license. I stay close to Florida building code, TDI-style product requirements, contractor licensing, liens, and warranty — because those details are the business.
I am based in the Jacksonville metro and focused on the next operating role: CEO, COO, general manager, or market president for a company that wants growth with control.

Exceed the expectation. Build the system first. Do it for the family.
As an operator, I am not satisfied with “good enough.” Whether that means turning a self-generated appointment into a close, organizing a jobsite so the crew moves faster, replacing manual work with the right software, or calling the customer who did not choose us and asking “why”, I want the real answer, not the excuse.
I get outside my own box. I can sit in an ally’s seat or an opponent’s seat and follow their logic. That is how I put puzzles together, unravel mysteries, and build solutions before the problem arrives. You stay ahead of misfortune. You do not wait for it.
I am committed to the work because of my family. I am a husband and a father of three. Twins who are six and a four-year-old. My wife made one of the hardest career decisions there is and became a stay-at-home mom so I could go all in. Everything I do is for them: the 5 a.m. workouts so I can keep showing up, the late supermarket run so tomorrow is covered, and the twelve-hour days in the office or the field so projects stay clean, problems stay small, and the business stays profitable and ahead of the standard.
I have been competitive since childhood. From football to off-roading to selling computers, I found the most successful person in the room and studied them. Not only what made them win; what held them back, and whether that gap was a place to build.
